未だ解らず
いろいろ調べると、Vistaを使っていた時にインストールしていた仮想ドライブソフトと共にインストールされていたsptd.sysが同問題を引き起こしている可能性が高いことが分かった。こいつを消して様子を見ることにする。
昨日一日は安定していたようなのだが、今日、一時間ほど放置していたらBSOD発生。まだ問題は残っているようだ。
今回は何故かダンプを取得する設定がされていなかった(バックアップイメージだったから?)、先日同様にBSODした際のメモリダンプをWinDbgに食わせてみることにした。

ネット上で同様の解析結果を散見することができるので、私に固有の問題じゃないようだ。
それと、デバイスドライバの問題ではなく、マザーボードやCPU周り(BIOS)に問題がありそうな感じだ。
WHEA_ERROR_RECORDの参照アドレスを解析するといいことあるかな。
まさか、Vistaで発生したバグの潰し忘れとかじゃないだろうな。
